Data controller

What we collect
From the form: name, job title, work email, phone or WhatsApp, preferred channel, message and your brand details (name, website, vertical, markets, license, budget, model, interests and timing).
From the submission context: language, the page you submit from and the referring page (without parameters), campaign parameters (UTM) and ad click identifiers.
To prevent abuse: an irreversible, encrypted fingerprint of your IP address, your browser user agent (truncated), the time it took to fill in the form and a hidden field that only automated programs fill in.
When bot verification is active, an external verification service assesses the submission; we receive a verification code used only to validate it and store only the resulting score.
This site does not use tracking cookies or third-party pixels.
Why we use it
To assess whether we can provide our services to you, contact you on the channel you chose, prepare a proposal and measure which campaigns bring us business inquiries.
The technical data of the submission is used only to detect automated, duplicate or abusive submissions.
Legal basis
Your prior, express and informed authorization under Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 and Decree 1377 of 2013. If you are in the European Union, the basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Retention
We keep the data for 24 months from the last contact, unless you ask us to delete it sooner or the law requires us to keep it longer.
Your rights
As the data subject you can: access, update and correct your data; request proof of the authorization you gave us; be told, on request, how we have used it; withdraw your authorization or ask us to delete your data when no legal or contractual duty requires keeping it; access your data free of charge, and file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombian Law 1581 of 2012, Article 8).
How to exercise your rights
The ByAds administration team handles inquiries and complaints at admin@byads.co or +57 350 414 8073. They may be filed by the data subject, their successors or their representative, proving their identity (and, where applicable, the representation).
Inquiries: we answer within 10 business days from the day after we receive them. If that is not possible, we tell you why and the new date, no more than 5 additional business days later.
Complaints (correction, update, deletion or a breach): include your identification, a description of the facts, your address or contact email and any supporting documents. Within 5 days of receiving an incomplete complaint, we will ask you for the missing information; if 2 months pass from that request without it, the complaint is considered withdrawn. We resolve it within 15 business days from the day after we receive it, extendable by 8 business days with prior notice.
Before going to the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio, you must exhaust the inquiry or complaint process with us: receive our answer or let the deadline for it pass.
Transfers and processors
Data is hosted with cloud providers acting as processors under contract, which may be located outside Colombia. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.
